Fundación Vortex completó un ciclo de 3 módulos semanales de entrenamiento para "Fortalecer las capacidades para identificar, analizar e investigar redes criminales complejas en México", gracias a una donación otorgada por el "Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs - INL". El grupo de 30 miembros de la Red Nacional de Analistas - coordinada por la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública y Protección Ciudadana -aprendió conceptos, métodos, y herramientas tecnológicas para enfrentar estructuras criminales complejas, como las que operan en el Estado Mexicano. Imagine that your son or brother has joined a protest against government corruption. During the demonstration, police arrive and force them onto a bus.
