Junto a Proética (Capítulo Peruano de Transparencia Internacional) y la Fiscalía de la Nación de Perú, el pasado 22 de Febrero de 2019 Eduardo Salcedo-Albarán participó en el Congreso Internacional del Registro Nacional de Detenidos y Sentenciados a Pena Privativa de la Libertad Efectiva, con una conferencia sobre cómo identificar estructuras de macro-victimización.
