"This is how Latin American countries perceive corruption in Mexico"

Luis Jorge Garay and Eduardo Salcedo-Albarán spoke with the Mexican radio station WRadio about the cruciality of improving the justice system, engaging with a fair and transparent work, oriented to reveal all the actors involved (even the gray or legal ones) to confront crime. The big issue is, according to them, that corruption cases are treated by authorities as independent, obviating several actors involved, especially legal actors with the capacity of multiplying their scheme. As a result, just a little part of the problem is being confronted, as the corruption structures continue growing and engaging more institutions and actors.
