On November 27th, 2023, Eduardo Salcedo-Albarán lectured at the Annual International Integrity Conference 2023 (Conferencia Anual Internacional por la Integridad, CAII 2023) about criminal complexity, super networks of corruption, and AI tools to tackle both problems.
Organized by the Office of the Comptroller General of Peru, CAII2023 convened more than 3000 attendees from all over the world, interested in tools to combat corruption and promote integrity and transparency in public management.
In his keynote speech, Eduardo Salcedo-Albarán explained the negative effects of criminal and corruption super-networks that co-opt democratic institutions in Latin America and worldwide.
He also explained the tools provided by Artificial Intelligence to understand criminal complexity and confront transnational corruption networks.
